
DBT Skills Groups are useful for anyone who wants to learn skills to navigate emotional up and downs, to be better able to tolerate emotional overwhelm, and to engage in relationships more effectively. If you are someone who often feels like your emotions take over and you lose control of yourself, this group is for you.
DBT Skills Groups are open to adults ages 18+. You can participate in group as a stand-alone treatment, as part of comprehensive DBT, or in addition to individual therapy with a non-DBT provider.
Groups run for 90 minutes and are available both in-person in WA and virtually across WA and other states.
