Frequently Asked Questions

Though we provide phone coaching for those doing comprehensive DBT, we are not a crisis line. If you are having thoughts of hurting yourself, please call 988 (suicide helpline) or walk into your nearest emergency room.

The goal of comprehensive DBT is to help you build a life worth living. It consists of four parts- individual DBT therapy, DBT skills group, phone coaching, and a therapist consult team. Engaging in comprehensive DBT is intensive and incredibly beneficial if you are someone who struggles with emotion dysregulation, relationships, and self-harm/suicidal thoughts.
